1. What ClearDraw does
1. Independent 3rd-Party Data Aggregation & Mathematical QA Only
ClearDraw is operated by Raymond Wiencek, a sole proprietor. ClearDraw provides automated and assisted third-party data aggregation, document organization, cost-center tagging, and mathematical reconciliation of construction receipts, subcontractor invoices, proof of payments, bank budgets, and draw requests.
Receiver Responsibility: ClearDraw does not act as a bank, construction lender, escrow agent, title company, certified public accounting (CPA) firm, licensed building inspector, or legal/fiduciary advisor. The receiver of any ClearDraw report or workspace package is solely responsible for independently verifying, approving, and using the information sent to them prior to authorizing any construction loan disbursement, wire transfer, contractor payment, or lien release.
2. Service tiers
2. Tier-by-Tier Service Scope & Limitations
Tier 1 — Complimentary Self-Service QA ($0.00 · Free of Charge with No Obligation)
Tier 1 is provided Free of Charge with No Obligation ($0.00, no payment card required, and no obligation to upgrade). Under Tier 1, ClearDraw ingests your uploaded bank budget, subcontractor list, receipts, invoices, proof of payments, and draw requests and generates four (4) standardized Excel (.xls) reconciliation reports delivered via email. Tier 1 relies solely on the documents you submit and does not verify physical job-site completion or third-party bank records.
Tier 2 — Interactive Project Vault & Drilldowns (Paid · Pricing on Request)
Tier 2 adds interactive online Project Vault access with cost-center drilldowns, receipt/invoice/proof-of-payment document previews, and cross-draw cumulative variance tracking. Vault access is an organizational and analytical reporting tool; users and their lenders remain solely responsible for reviewing source documents and confirming payment eligibility.
Tier 3 — Full Draw Production & Lien Waiver Routing (Coming Soon — Not Currently Available)
Coming Soon — Not Currently Available for Signup. Planned future capabilities include assisted AIA G702/G703 draw schedule assembly, conditional/unconditional lien waiver tracking, and multi-party routing among Borrower/Owner, General Contractor, and Lender. Routing and packaging of draw forms or lien waivers is an administrative coordination service only and does not constitute legal representation, title insurance, or a guarantee against mechanic's liens.
