What we collect
- Your name and email address.
- Your mobile phone number and your SMS consent choice (whether you opted in, and when).
- Project details you enter (role, project name or street address).
- Files you upload to the Project Upload Portal (budgets, receipts, invoices, proof of payment, draw requests).
How we use it
- To create your project, verify your email, and deliver your .xls reconciliation reports.
- To send ClearDraw draw-status texts if you opted in (upload received, reports ready, reply 1/2/3 next steps).
- To answer your questions and keep the service secure.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared, sold or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. They are used only to send the ClearDraw draw-status texts you agreed to. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
